NGS 2017 Glasgow

May 16 - May 17

The fourth annual NGS 2017 Glasgow Conference will take place at the IET Teacher Building on 16th & 17th May and is organized in partnership with Polyomics at University of Glasgow, MRC-University of Glasgow Centre for Virus Research (CVR), NHS West of Scotland Genetics Service, Edinburgh Genomics & South East Scotland Genetic Service.

It will feature speakers including Prof Ruth Jarret (Glasgow), Prof Eamonn Maher (Cambridge), Prof Graham Taylor (London), Prof Anneke Lucassen (Southampton), Dr Michael Yau (London) and many other opinion leaders.  We are in the process of inviting speakers so please keep an eye on the agenda tab for updates.

We will cover the following areas, but please bookmark this page as the scientific committee will be updating the subjects as the conference planning moves forward: NGS Applications and workflows, Personalized Genomics, the Metagenomics link to health/disease, Non-invasive Prenatal testing, Cancer and Rare Disease genetics as well as Data Analysis and Storage.
