POSITION: Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer
Responsible for the design and development of laboratory consumables and instruments for advanced biological and chemical applications. Works as a team member and independently as required, and with a wide degree of creativity. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Reports to the Director of Engineering.
Design and modify new and existing products from marketing recommendations and requirements. Design work will include, but is not limited to, mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies, high volume consumables and molded plastic parts.
Utilize SolidWorks for complex part and assembly design and renderings including machined, sheetmetal, and plastic molded parts.
Provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be a top level contributor/specialist.
Generate and manage documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to assemble, test, and validate laboratory products to ensure product specifications are met; Bill of Materials (BOM) to record components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies for all products; and Document Change Order (DCO) process for releasing new products and implementing changes to existing ones.
Maintain appropriate records in accordance with procedures and policies.
May lead and supervise engineering, manufacturing and other support personnel as a team to accomplish goals.

POSITION: Marketing Coordinator
Coordinates and implements all marketing communication projects including tradeshows, special events, advertising, collateral, and web updates. Generates marketing reports using the CRM database. Manage social media accounts. Performs a variety of projects and tasks; works under some supervision. A certain degree of creativity and judgment is required.
Essential Responsibilities: The employee may be required to perform all or a combination of the following essential responsibilities as determined by business necessity.
Coordinates all aspects of conference and tradeshow participation including, registration, coordinating booth setup take down, shipping, travel logistics, and synchronizing all marketing materials for the show. Maintains trade show calendar. Sets up and runs pre-show meetings. Provides post-show reporting.
Manages content of all social media accounts including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Enters sales leads in the CRM Database, generates reports for marketing purposes, assists with outbound email marketing campaigns.
